Well my last start to long duration penis enlargement stretching didn’t exactly pan out. I only was able to keep it up for around 48 hours (sad I know) but I am restarting it now with a cleared head and a new approach. Last time I was stretching too hard and it made it so the stretcher was always on my mind. This time I am going for less tension and hopefully that will help me have a more natural feel and allow me to wear it less consciously.

Remember the goal here is to wear it for as long as possible every single day for the next few years and I know that will result in incredible gains. I am aiming for at least 11″ (28cm) of Non-Bone-Pressed-Erect-Length (NBPEL). Meaning I want to measure 11 inches from the base of my penis to the tip of the head without having to press the ruler hard into the bone.

The Beginning

I started Penis Enlargement (PE) on October 1, 2005. I was 6.0″ long and 4.375″ around. I did a basic routine of about 10 – 20 minutes of stretching and 10 – 20 minutes of jelqing everyday for the first few months and I gradually added more time to each as time went on. Then I added hanging weights from my penis for at least 20 – 40 minutes per day for around 6 months. I have also experimented with Penis Pumping, All Day Stretchers, and clamping. Over the years I have been consistent stretching every day and jelqing most days to maintain gains. 2.5″ length gained and 1.625″ girth gained are what I have achieved so far. That brings me to now. I am 8.5″ long by 6.0″ around.

Today:

Today I received my All-Day-Stretcher in the mail. I am going on the tried and true fact that, like any other human tissue, the penis when stretched for a long period of time, growth will occur.  My plan is to wear the stretcher for as long as possible and for as many days as possible and see how long I can grow.

I am fairly certain that I can make it passed 10″ length and be a true inspiration to many. Even if it takes 5+ years to achieve.

Day 1:

I put the stretcher on at 4:49pm and I am still wearing it 4 hours later with absolutely no discomfort. I also did 10 minutes or so of stretching before hand. I will be sure to keep everyone posted on my experiences and wear times.
