How to measure your Penis

Ok so you want to know how to measure your penis? Well I am going to throw a few terms and abbreviations at you. Here are the standard Penis measurement terms:
NBPEL – Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length – Measuring your penis from the base (pubic bone) to the tip of the head without pushing the ruler into the bone. The ruler simply sits on top of the base of your penis and you get the true useable length of the penis. Its important that the ruler is on the top and center of your base of your penis and not to the side!

BPEL – Bone Pressed Erect Length – Measuring your penis from the base (pubic bone) to the tip of the head while pressing down into the fatty tissue covering the pubic bone. This will give the length of the penis right from the bone to the tip, giving the real length of your penis. The fat pad can be anywhere from 0.25″ to 3″ thick! This type of measurement is the most used to measure Penis Enlargement success as it is the length from the bone to the tip of the penis, rather than having fat mess up the measurement. Penis length surveys generally use BPEL because it is the true length of the penis.

EG – Erect Girth – A measurement of Penis Thickness. Measured by wrapping measuring tape around the penis to get a measurement in cm or inches.

NBPFL – Non-Bone Pressed Flaccid Length – Measurement of your flaccid penis without pressing the ruler  into the fat pad of the pubic bone. Simply measure from where the penis starts to the tip and you will get your true Soft length.

FG – Flaccid Girth – Non-Erect girth or thickness measured by wrapping a measuring tape around your flaccid soft penis.

A little Penis Enlargement Motivation

Today I have had far too much free time on my hands…

I am so excited about Penis Enlargement. I mean, who would have thought that growing your penis on your own was possible? But when you think about it, it makes sense. If you get a cut, your body regenerates tissues and heals. If you break a bone, you can set it back in the right spot and it will heal. If you lift weights and eat more, your body will grow bigger muscles. I mean think about it. People stretch their skin and it grows. People stretch their ear piercings and they grow wider.



Why is it so far fetched to believe that pulling and squeezing your dick will make it grow? It isn’t!

Think about it. A hard jelq pushes the capacity of your dick, inevitably it will expand and grow to accommodate. You hang weights or stretch your dick… over time it will inevitably get longer.  Penis Enlargement isn’t rocket science. Sure stuff has to go on at a cellular level and what not, but the reality is, consistent PE over time will give you a bigger dick.

Seriously, don’t doubt it. If you doubt Penis Enlargement you probably wont grow. Either you will quit before you see gains, or your negative attitude and outlook on Penis Enlargement will make your body resist any growth. Its like the person who claims that no matter what, they always get sick in the winter. Well guess what? They will get sick every winter because they are expecting it and telling their body to get sick.

Guys, the human body is an amazing thing. Penis Enlargement is 100% real. As long as you stay committed, the gains will follow.

Think about it. Even if you only gain 1/50th of an inch per month (0.02″)… over the course of 5 years that’s 1.2″! Or lets say you can make a gain of 0.04″ or 1/25 of an inch per month… in 5 years that’s 2.4″!

0.04″ of gains in one month is not by any means considered a big gain, but it all adds up! The body is totally capable of much more gains per month than that. All you have to do is believe that it is.

Celebrate every little gain. Because lots of little gains add up to a really big gain.

Penis Jelqing – Introduction

Jelqing or “milking” has been my main form of Penis Enlargement for many years now. I feel it is one of the most essential aspects of Penis Enlargement.



So what does jelqing do?

The jelq is an exercise designed to increase the size of the penis by both forcing expansion of the Corpora Cavernosa and by weakening their walls, causing micro-tears. It works by forcing expansion of the penis chambers, making them longer and thicker and more able to hold more blood. It builds over time. Meaning you do the exercise, cause expansion passed 100% capacity causing little tears in the tissue. The tissue heals slightly larger… only to be expanded again passed the point it was expanded last time. Other words, you work it out and it gets big and plump causing little tears. The tears heal slightly but not fully, only to be pushed farther the next time you jelq, further expanding the capacity of the penis. This process builds over time creating lasting gains.

How to Jelq

There are a few variations on how to effectively jelq. There is ‘wet’ jelqing and ‘dry’ jelqing.

Wet Jelqing: Where you use some sort of lubricant, make an ‘OK’ sign with your hands (palms facing the head of your penis) and squeeze tightly around the base of the slightly erect penis (around 75% of full erection). Now that you are squeezing around the base and blood is trapped inside the penis, you slide the tight ‘OK’ up the shaft forcing the blood to expand and stress the tissues of the penis. When you reach the head, grip tightly with the other hand around the base and slide it up the shaft expanding it again. There should be good pressure, but not so much to hurt yourself! Another variation of wet jelqing is by using an “OK” grip, but have your palms face your testicles. I prefer wet jelqing this way. Each stroke should take 3 – 6 seconds.

Dry Jelqing: Is where you jelq without using lubrication. Simply squeeze the base of your penis with your hands (same as wet jelqing) and move your hand towards the head while pulling the skin up with it as far as you feel comfortable (instead of sliding like in wet jelqing, the skin simply scrunches up like an accordion). I find dry jelqing more intense than wet jelqing. Each stroke should take 3 – 6 seconds to complete.

Starting out with jelqing:

In the start try to only do 5 minutes of jelqing per day and gradually add time when you get used to it. Some people prefer to count strokes. 50 – 100 jelqing strokes are good for a start, over time you can add more. Personally I find that 10 minutes of quality jelqing is plenty for me. Even now after 4 years of PE!

Cautions:

Be careful to watch the color of your penis, purple, red and blue are not good colors! Make sure the penis does not go cold, this means you are cutting off blood supply! Also if done in correctly penis jelqing can cause impotence so be careful!

Penis Enlargement Stretches – Picture Examples

Penis Enlargement Stretches are very easy and very effective. All it takes is a few years of stretching to add inches to your penis! They are so simple and easy. The most effective way of explaining them are simply using pictures. Personally, I used both penis enlargement stretches grips that are seen below and both are equally effective.

Like I said above, I use both grips and have no preference between the two.

Here are 5 of the most common penis enlargement stretching angles that are used. A good way to start is to hold each angle for 1 minute (or 5 minutes total of stretching). After a week or so add in more time on each angle. Personally, I don’t pull too hard, just hard enough to get a good stretch, but never experience any pain. These type of Penis Enlargement Stretches targets your ligaments which hold the inner penis in the body. By stretching out the ligaments you release more of your hidden penis and it therefore GROWS longer! Seriously, I have gained more than 2″ in length just by doing simple stretches and other techniques.

This next set of stretches targets the “Tunica” or the inner structure of the penis itself. As opposed to the ligaments, the tunica is the tissue inside the penis which is stretched causing little micro-tears (on a cellular level) that heal in a more elongated state. Basically, they stretch the middle of the penis.

The “A” and “V” stretches get their name from the letter that is formed by your arms and your penis when performing them. Be careful not to pull too hard as these stretches target the mid section and inner core of the penis itself and it is a little harder to feel the true tension you are using.

Generally, start with the 5 angles of stretching and once you get comfortable start adding in these more advanced “Tunica” stretches. So eventually, if you do 1 minute in each direction and 1 minute of these tunica stretches you will end up with 9 minutes of stretching. Add time to each direction when you think you need to.

Stretching is really that simple, this post is really only guidelines as there are many ways to be creative with stretching!

Penis Enlargement Stretches are fun, painless and very effective for gaining penis length.

How to perform Penis stretches

Personally, I grab just behind the penis head and pull outwards. There is no real science to how to grab your penis and stretch it. Some people use a piece of tissue or toilet paper to get a good grip. A good way to start is to stretch for 30 seconds to 1 minute in each direction. For example: up, down, straight out, left, and right. That adds up to 2.5 minutes when doing 30 second each direction or 5 minutes when doing 1 minute each. Once the benefits of 1 minute each direction run out, maybe try penis enlargement stretches for 2 minutes in each direction or add in other angles of stretches. 

The above exercises target mainly the ligaments which attaches your penis to your body. There are other stretches you can do to target the tunica (or inner chambers) of the penis. These stretches are best understood visually.

Personally, I no longer stretch in each direction for set time periods, I simply say, “I’m going to stretch for 15 minutes and switch angles and use targeted stretches when I feel the need to.” If you find yourself stretching for more than 30 minutes, you may want to consider hanging weights from your penis (ARTICLE COMING SOON).
